Announcements for September 19th, 2009

~ For our special music today we welcome a return visit by Bernard Lambrechts. Thank you so much for sharing your gift with us.

~ Next Sunday the Northern Baptist Boys and the Northern Baptist Girls will join voices and sing the message contained In Matthew 19: 25!

~ A vote of thanks to the Social Committee for organizing a great Corn Roast again last week! Not only was the corn fantastic, but so was the weather!

~ Adult Sunday School will begin next Sunday, September 27th at 10:00 a.m. Bible character studies will be the focus. They were a lot like us!! Speak to Rick Downe for more information.

~ Brian Doerksen will be in concert in Victoria at Glad Tidings Church on Saturday, September 26th. Tickets $20 – Advance; $25 At the Door.

~ This building will be in use on Tuesday and Thursday evenings this fall. Please check with Ryan Johnston or Adriana Hatton for details.

~ Parenting Seminar (Friday evening – Saturday morning) October 2 – 3rd at First Church of the Nazarene. See Bulletin Board for more information.

~ College and Career Golf Day – Saturday, October 2nd at Mount Doug Golf Course – 4225 Blenkinsop. Tee-off time is 9:30 a.m. Please speak to Dale Armstrong for more information.

~ Thanks to all those who are participating in the “house shower” for Rick and Lynn Rancourt. If you have already agreed to bring something, please bring it by September 27th. If you would like to give a shower item, but have not yet decided what to bring, please speak to Carol Biggs.
