In March, that event is a hike together around Rithet’s Bog. Rithet’s Bog is a fascinating walk on an all weather path – one of the few true bogs on the lower Island. On March 17, 2012 at 10:30 a.m., we will park along Dalewood (off of Chatterton Way) and enjoy this walk together. Talk to Alison Ellis if you would like more information.

The question has been raised, “Is there anything we can do as a church in response to this need – e.g. a day camp? The short notice and volunteers required clearly raises some real hurdles but if you have thoughts about this, please speak to our Moderator, Greg Hatton or Les Biggs.

~The World Day of Prayer will be held on March 2, 2012 at St. Michael’s and All Angels Church at 4733 West Saanich Rd. The prayer service will begin at 10:30 a.m. and the country of focus this year is Malaysia.
